About me

Roman lutist by birth and soul, he started playing the classic guitar when he was 6, but he soon understood that it wasn’t really his thing. When he was 18 he started studying the lute and graduated with honors in Italy and in Germany. Philosophy at university has been his passion and salvation in order not to join the army! He plays as a soloist and as “continuo player” with the best ensembles and all over the world. In 2014 he founded the “I Bassifondi”, his powerful baroque trio. He is open to experimentation and works with cinema and fashion… but this is a whole other story..
